I have a 100′ 12/3 extension cord that I have used for both powering an electric snowblower and starting a 2 stage snowblower. The cord is thick, heavy, and generally a pain to wind. When I bought the cord 2 years ago the Cordpro was not available in Canada. When it was I bought one. Rarely has a product so exceeded my expectations as has the Cordpro. Nobody – and I mean NOBODY – in the world hates winding cables/cords by hand as much as I do. The Cordpro has made corralling this 100′ monster a breeze. No more twisting, flipping, and contorting this unwieldy cord in order to make it submit to my will. You thread the cord through a hole in the panel which divides the 2 compartments and then just wind each end in the direction of the arrows printed on the Cordpro. Each half of the cord is then neatly ensconced in its own compartment and you are left with both ends protruding. It is neat and tidy and easy to store. To use merely pull on both ends until you reach the desired length. There is no need to unravel the whole cord or mess up your neatly dressed coil. When you’re finished, just rewind each end in the direction of the arrows. This thing works like magic. If I could give it 7 stars I would. I will NEVER buy another extension cord without buying the appropriate size Cordpro to contain and manage it. If you have meddlesome extension cords, save yourself anguish and frustration and buy a Cordpro for each one. You WILL thank me for my advice. Bravo Cordpro!

A Lifesaver For Long Cords

Works great and is a lifesaver for storing my 100′ extension cord, but the initial winding the cord on is a bit of a tassel and awkward….but once in, the use of it is great, and when done, winding it back on is a breeze. The neat bonus is the space it saves in my garage…love it!

Must buy if you own extension cords!!

My family owns Rob’s Window and Glass Repair in Michigan and we use extension cords quite often, we have used these for years and years and they never seem to wear out. I would highly recommend purchasing one for each extension cord that you use around the shop or at home. You never have to worry about tangles and they are easy to store!
